Consequence Consulting & Training was founded in 2001 as a distributor of experiential training products originally
developed within higher-education for teaching higher-order competencies. These higher-order competencies include leadership,
teamwork, intra-personal and inter-personal skills, emotional intelligence, management, marketing, physical and operational
security, peace operations, and counter-terrorism. The designers were academic teachers and researchers, all of whom were working
in higher-education and had accumulated substantial expertise in experiential learning, education, and training. All of Consequence
Consulting & Training's current staff retain academic affiliations.
Consequence Consulting & Training's Experiential Learning Method
